Slacht offers veelal jongeren ,zonder rijbewijs,zonder helm en niet verzekerd.

Politie stond er bij en keek er na,handhaven  hebben ze nog nooit van gehoord.Ja 200 thb per helm  hebben ze een leuke bijverdienste aan en spekken ze  de politiekas goed.

 

Wie zijn de eerst verantwoordelijken ?

Dat zijn de ouders.

 

Je ziet dagelijks moeders en soms ook vaders die  een pukkie van amper 3 a 4 jaar oud  voor de bestuurder  op de scooter staan.Nooit een helm op.

Deze ouders handelen dan onverantwoord.

Maar ja de Thai zegt gewoon och als hij of zij dodelijk verongelukt komt  de persoon terug als een beter mens.

Een aanrijding met een peuter voor je op de scooter is haast altijd dodelijk.

 

En de politie doet niets aan handhaving of wijzen op het gevaar.

 

Hun  zijn veel blijer met de boetes die soms 200 thb of meer opbrengen om de politiekas te spekken.

Ook de scholen en de hospitaals doen niks aan voorlichting.\

 

Zonder helm rijden kost gemiddeld 200 th boete en dan mag je gewoon de hele dag  zonder helm door rijden.Dit is van de zotte en het ontmoedigd geen ouder of leraar op school 

 

Ouders sturen hun soms 12 jarig kind met een onverzekerde  zonder benodigd rijbewijs schooter naar school en een helm nooit van gehoord.

Ze leren het nooit!!!!!!

Victims are mostly young people, without a driver’s license, without a helmet and not insured.
The police were there and looked after it, enforcement, they have never heard of it. Yes 200 thb per helmet, they have a nice side income and they add to the police cash well.

 

Who are primarily responsible?
Those are the parents.

Every day you see mothers and sometimes fathers who, a puckie of barely 3 or 4 years old, stand in front of the driver on the scooter. Never wear a helmet.
These parents then act irresponsibly.
But yes, the Thai just says oh if he or she is fatally injured, the person will come back as a better person.
A collision with a toddler in front of you on the scooter is almost always fatal.

 

And the police do nothing about enforcement or point out the danger.

 

They are much happier with the fines that sometimes bring in 200 thb or more to increase the political budget.
The schools and hospitals are not doing anything about information either.\

 

Driving without a helmet costs an average of 200 th fine and then you can just drive all day without a helmet. This is crazy and it does not discourage a parent or teacher at school

Parents sometimes send their 12-year-old child to school with an uninsured  without a required driver’s license and a helmet never heard of it.
